REFUND
Refund Policy
At The Attention Network ("AN"), we prioritize transparency and fairness in our transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for refunds related to event tickets and memberships.
1. EVENT TICKETS
- No Refund for No-Shows or Cancellations: Refunds will not be provided for tickets where attendees fail to show up or cancel their participation for any reason.
- Event Cancellation by AN: If an event is canceled by The Attention Network due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and returned using the original payment method.
- Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders will have the option to:
- Use their ticket for the new date.
- Request a refund if they cannot attend the rescheduled event.
2. MEMBERSHIPS
- No Refunds for Unused Hours: Hours or facilities not used during the membership period are non-refundable.
- Cancellation During Membership Period: Memberships canceled within their valid period will not qualify for any refunds, whether partial or full.
- Membership Transfers: Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other services.
3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
To ensure eligibility for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Event Tickets: Refunds are only available if AN cancels or reschedules the event.
- Memberships: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
For eligible refunds, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email hello@theattention.network or call +880 179 449 6404 with your:
- Full name
- Event ticket or membership details
- Payment reference number
- Reason for refund request (if applicable)
- Review and Approval: Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection within 3 business days.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and returned to the original payment method.
5. REFUND TIMING AND BANK DELAYS
While AN will process refunds promptly, the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on:
- Your bank or payment provider.
- National holidays or other banking disruptions.
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please contact us for assistance.
6. DATA SECURITY IN REFUND PROCESSING
The Attention Network ensures secure handling of personal and payment data during refund processing. We comply with all applicable data protection laws to safeguard your information.
7. CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY
